Microsoft Exchange Archive Agent

Has any one used this tool successfully? My understanding of how this tool works is that it allows you to export the enterprise contents of an Exchange Domain’s mail box, like the inbox, the outbox, or sent items. The export for a large enterprisecould be 10s of 1000s of e-mails. I am then importing into Hyland Software’s OnBase document management system. I just need help getting the export working.
