Microsoft Knowledge base

Does anyone know how I can get hold of an index of articles in the MS KB, or at least a list of those most frequently accessed? I have contacted Microsoft twice about this but they have not replied to either of my queries.

I had read that you could obtain a list by return email by writing to mshelp@microsoft.com with the article number or ‘Index’ in the subject heading, but my mail was returned because the address could not be found.

Can anyone help or point me to a resource that can?
