Migrate from IPX to IP

Please help me out if anyone out there had experience doing migration from IPX to pure IP in Novell 5.1 and winNT4.0 environtment( Macintosh and Unix as well).What prerequisite steps,instructions and procedures or any resource so I can learn about this project. I am very appreciated and Thank you in advanced.
