Migrating Sybase 11.x to HP/UX v.11.x

I am working on an assessment for migrating Sybase ASE 11.x from DEC TRU64 version 4.0f to HP/UX v.11.x, has anyone done that or any similar thing before, can you please give me any tips or point me to a place where I can find the documentation for the same?
