Missing harddrives in Windows Explorer

I have added a second harddrive to my Win98SE system. All appears Ok except the added hard drive partitions do not show up in Windows Explorer. I have 5 partitions on my original drive and added another 5 partitions on the new drive. I also shifted the CDROM designation.

Everything shows up proper in DOS and even on the Win98 version of WIN 3.1 File Manager. But NOT in Windows explorer. There must be some simple options I have overlooked. How to get the new drive/partitions to show up in Win Explorer?
