Modem Line Test

US Robotic’s Line Test number has been ringing busy for a couple weeks now. We used that number to have customers dial to it when having connectivity issues. I know that there are all kinds of speed tests that you can access while connected to the internet. What I am looking for is a number that you can dial through Hyperterminal that will test the line, or test the connection.
