Modem software

Hi,
I have a ACF2 Data/Fax/Voice modem in my system and somehow lost the drivers. It’s a Rockwell based modem but i do not know who makes the modem, how can i get the driver for this modem and get it going. System:W98,K6III-450. Thanks
