Modem unable to pass a signal to handset

Hello Everyone,

I am trouble shooting a Modem problem on an older PC. The modem is a Creative Modem Blaster model Di5660 (ISA). It dials out fine and has no IRQ problems, but it will not pass a signal to an attached phone (no dial tone). I’ve checked Creative’s site and they have some good info, but nothing on this. My first thought was that the modem was bad, but it works every other way.

Any Ideas?
