monitor

My monitor (when attached to my pc)develops a black border when turned on for an hour or so. But when hooked up to my old pc, it doesn’t happen. I believe the video in my newer pc to be good (ATI rage fury 128). I hear no beeps when turned on. Everything boots up normaly!
