monitor/driver

I Have acquired a “Deltacom” monitor model “M435A”
and I am finding it hard to find a device driver to make the monitor display 256 colour as opposed to 16 colour I am using “Win98se” on an APTIVA-2140 Can anyone help with a device driver or a method of displaying 256 colour ?
