Monitor is blank when computer turns on.

I have an ECS K7S5A SiS? 735 SOCKET A Motherboard, CHIEFTECH Server Chasis (Workstation Tower) Model CT1030 – Black with AMD Approved Power Supply (Enhance 300Watt (P4) Model# ENP-0730), ATI OEM Radeon 7500 64MB DDR AGP with DVI/TV/CRT-OEM, AMD Athlon 1700+XP.
Now on to the problem: When I turn on my computer, the screen stays blank for some reason. I have tested the gfx card with another computer and the same monitor, and it works fine. But maybe it is a compatability problem. I think itmight be a faulty AGP slot on the mobo. Has anyone had a similar problem, or knows how to remedy my predicament? Please help. I’m wagering all of my points, if that matters to anyone.
