Monitor problems

My monitorscreen has tightend, I have a black stripe on both sides of my screen.
it’ probably something with the east west …..thing of the monitor.
I’m sure it’s the monitor!!
I’ve opent it up and found some integrated circuits (IC’s), known as…..TDA1675a-TDA4950-TDA1180p-B9248

Does it ring a bell with anybody to tell me where to look for the problem??
