Monitor Sleeps on Boot

When I turn my machine on, the fans run, the green light on my monitor’s there, but before anything comes up on screen, the monitor power light goes yellow. There are no beeps. Also the Num Lock, Caps Lock and Scroll Lock do not respond. Any ideas?

The hard drive does not sound like it is spinning up. Swapping monitors does not work. Checked keyboard,Cannot toggle the led for the Num Lock,Caps Lock and Scroll lock. Not hearing any beeps at all.
