Monitor Troubleshooting

Dear Sir
Monitor smps circuit is functioning in well.
1) When the it is not switching.ie) FET,and other components are alright. No output from smt(switch mode transformer)

2) Frequently fuse may blow off.

Give clear trouble shooting tips for all the sections.smps.horizontal,vertical,video
