Monthly Customer Support Database

I am looking for a database to record job requests that have been complteted on a monthly basis. I am in the Air Force an work Computer operations, I do a lot of PC repair, LAN repair, reset userids…..etc. Does anyone have a Access or Excel database that would cover this type information? With this being in a database I can then generate a monthly report and backlog data to my supervisors. Thanks for any help.
