Motorola Modem Configuration

In fact I have a problem with a Motorola Modem firstly I installed the modem and configure it properly and it worked without any problem(with a name of Motorola Wave Sound Modem) later on I had a problem that oblidged me to remove the modem card. When fixed it again it fails to work and I restarted the computer and at restarting the computer detected a modem with a different name(Motorola speakerphone Modem )and I install the drive from the cd rom provided with the modem when tested the modemit shows me that it’s working but when I dialled I failed to connect.I removed the modem and restart the computer and the computer detected the second Modem name so I want to know What can I do to deal with that Problem ?
Please help !!!!
