MS-DOS

My co-worker was deleting files and accidentally deleted DOS. How do I get it back? He’s running W98 SE. When you click on the MS-DOS prompt this is the error it gives “cannot find MS-DOS Prompt.pif.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
