MS Project 2000 – Winproj illegal oper.

Trying to find the source/cause of the following illegal operation message:

WINPROJ caused an exception 10H in module WINPROJ.EXE at 016f:300bb907.

Project Version is: (9.0.2000.0224)
Op Sys is Win ’98 2e (4.10.2222A)
No other software is running on the machine except Project 2000.
Error occurs randomly, but seems to be related to formatting text
