MS Train/Combat Flight Sim doesn’t work

Hi !!
My problem is after starting the games, when i go to flight the program close and go back to the desktop, after that i can’t execute it. For the Train sim, he freeze before he show me the first menu.
I have a Intel P3 1Ghz with 512Mb, GF2 64Mb, SB Live with drivers updated. I tried with WinMe and XP without result, in another computer with Asus motherboard and same card it work fine.
