Msgsrv32 and PC hangs

Hello,

My PC stops responding (hangs). When I press CTRL+ALT+DELETE, MSGSRV32 is listed as Not Responding in the Close Program dialog box.
When I end the task my PC responds again.
What is the problem? Thanks
