MSJET32.DLL

I am trying to install an application on a NT4 WS (Novell Networked), during the installation the machine keeps asking to reboot as it is trying to install/register a particular .dll MSJET32.dll. Doesn’t matter how many times I reboot & retry the installation I still get exactly the same message. Is there a registry hack or other means to get around this problem, my only suggestion so far is a reinstallation of NT. Seems a “hammer to crack a nut” scenario.
