msn download error

i can’t download the homepage from msn.com ever since i installed IE6. It reads:
Cannot find server. res://C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\SHDOCLC.DLL/dnserror.htm#http://www.microsoft.com/isapi/redir.dll?prd=ie&pver=6&ar=msnhome

I can access every other page they have plus the rest of the internet. What gives?
