Multiple CDRW drives: one machine

I am trying to build a PC that contains one CDROM drive and three CDRW drives. I want the CDRWs to copy from the CDROM drive simultaneously. Can anyone give me some specs on the hardware I will need or any ideas on how ensure that the system will recognize all the drives. Also, can anyone recommend the best software to handle this simultaneous copying? Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated!
