Must reboot Windows 95 to see printers

There are two workstations at my office use network HP Laserjet network printers and a HP laserjet attached directly to the computer, when these computers are turned on, the must be rebooted to see the printers, but work correctly if the directly printer connected is not attached. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you
