My chieftin CT-F300 FLAT SCANNER

I have all of a sudden started getting numerous black lines when I scan photos and/or documents. It shows up on the Monitor, so it isn’t the printer. I use it often, so I am realy concerned about getting some help as I have tried all I know to do.
