My Dell keeps locking up

My Dell Dimension 4300 frequently locks up and I have to manualy shut down every time it happens.
Pressing CTRL-ALT-DEL tells me either:
Sschbtn (Not responding)
or Spool 32 caused error in SSCHJNLL>DLL
