My first Wireless Network

I need info and help.

I have 2 friends, living at 800 meters each one, that means.. Triangle around 850x850x850

Ok, we want to be connected, for sharing, playing games, etc.

What is the minimal equipment we need for this?

Im looking and reading about Access points, cards, antennas, routers, accesories for wans, but i dont know WHAT to buy. I like series from Orinoco and Senao.
We know how expensive is this, and we dont want to waste the money. Also we would like to keep 11Mbps.

Well, we have knowledge about LANs, windows, linux, etc. but we want to explore the WIRELESS world.
