I have been able to ascertain that the SCSI I have in my computer is the following
Triangular in shape and green
the cable connection is a DB25 pin connector that was used in Apples and Sun Microsystem computers (older models)
Recently the computer crashed and we had to install a new hard drive. I attempted to get all of the uncorupted files from the old hard drive, but all of the drivers had been corupted. I was led to believe by a computer company locally that I would be able to pull the SCSI driver off of the HP scanner disc when I installed the scanner. After installing the software for the scanner, I find that the computer doesn’t recognize the SCSI. I am having a bit of a dilemma in that I have contacted the local company four times for help and have not received any assistance. The other part of the dilemma is that I desperately need to be able to use the scanner for my business.
Is there any one who can tell me which driver I need to download to be able to use the SCSI?Thank you for your help,
