Need Help Removing I Love You Virus

Hello,
I really cannot believe this but I was sent the I Love You Virus and ran it. I ran Norton Antivirus which had the latest virus definitions in it and it was able to only quarantine all the .vbs files. The computer seems to be running ok, except for the fact that when I open Windows Explorer, the way it looks on the screen is all messed up. The pie chart that shows the status of your hard drive is on top of all the folder icons and the text is above that, so all the icons are low in the window. They are there and usable but I would like to get my Explorer window back to the way it was. Please help me if you can.
