Need some input re: scan/fax thru pc

I have a customer who just bought a xerox 575 scanner/fax that connects via SCSI card to the PC. The office has only 3 users on the network running win 98, no serious concerns.
I would like to know if there is a piece of software out there that could assist the network users that will be scanning a doc with the xerox 575 then faxing via modem from any system on the network?
Scanning will be limited, most usage will be the “fax to list” of the same doc. Which will have up to 100 names.
Any input or assistance would be great thx….
