Need to creating Image of Laptop

Creating Image of Laptop hard drive using Imagecast or Ghost(or any program that will work). On a Gateway Solo 5300 with Xircom PCMCIA card

I need to copy 10gb drive onto new 20gb drive. cannot start from scratch
