Net2phone with the proxy firewall

Hi ,
i am trying to install net2phone behind the proxy firewall and net2phone has adviced to open the following ports in proxy
www.net2phone.com/net2phone/help/firewall.html
I tried to do it but couldn’t pls help me to
do the above
