Network Broadcast

I am wanting to broadcast a few “small” football matches over the network at my work and i was wondering how to do so. I have a PC with an ATI All-in-wonder Pro card which can get the games. How would i go about broadcasting it over the network to anyone who wants it? good challenge for you eh?
