Network Card problem

I have recently moved my desk Top PC from my old office to my new one. When I did so, the Netgear FA310tx network card stopped working properly. I would not work at all on one wall mounted data port for my network and would only work on another one in the same area if I unplugged the patch cable from the wall and replugged it in. I thought the card was bad and purchased a new one and the same problem is happening. I removed the new card and re-installed it in a different PCI slot adn it still does the same thing. I had the people who wired the data system come in and check the data ports on the walls and the patch panel and hub and all those are working. PLease HELP!!!
