New CCNA Exam Sims

About to take the CCNA exam. I am nervous about the simulations on the exam. How will you know when you have completed the tasks other than ping and telnet? What is you can’t telnet into the routers they have configured? Anyone having current experience with this test 604-607 please respond. Thanks
