Nfuse and Citrix

Can you use the Nfuse wizard to decorate the web page.I would like to add cool web page designs and logos.I have already put up the site and it has been running for two months.How do I use the wizard if the site is already up and will it mess any settings up.I have Windows 2k,metaframe xp and IIS 5.0 with Nfuse 1.6 running.Any help would be great.
