I was at working and we have a machine that does accepts any downloads.
I received an error whos heading displayed
“Error Locating Object Handler”
“There is no viewer available for the type of object you are trying to open. The following information is available about this object:

Content Type: Application/octet-stream
Possible Location of Viewer: Mircosoft Active X Gallery”
Trying to troubleshoot the problem I consulted microsoft’s KB about Active X and
Error Locating Object Handler.
So far I deleted QuickTime,and Acrobat Reader
I tried to reinstall IE again but that also gave the inital error and didn’t download.
Help is appreciated
