No IDE controllers

Hi,
I have a system running W95 and the cd does not work or show up in my computer. It spins up indicating power but is not recogized. In device manage under disk controllers both the primary and secondary ide controllers have yellow exclamation marks next to them. My ? is how do I get the drivers for the motherboard, I cant find this board mb8500tvx-a on Biostars site. and how do I get them in the pc with no cd. The board has intel chips.
