No Network Password Screen

Running w95, attempting to logon to nt4.0 domain. The domain has been set and chosen. TCP/IP protocol addreses have been input (IP Address, WINS and Gateway). Restarted….

Still no Newtork Password Screen.

Am I missing something easy???
