NO VIDEO

I’m having a video problem of sorts. I get an error message on my monitor that says “signal missing”. Verified that everything is plugged in and propertly connected. Removed the video card and tried it in another computer, it works fine. Tried another video card in this computer — still doesn’t work. At a loss — don’t know what else to try — HELP, HELP, HELP….
