non AMI manufactured board

I have an old puter here and I would like to see if I can get a bios upgrade for it. It says it is an AMI board but when I enter the string on their site, it says it was manufactured by someone else in the US.

I’ve been to motherboards.org, windrivers.com, wims, and intel…all to no avail. I just want to put a P-200 chip in there and it will not see anything past the P-90 that was there…one more thing, it is a scsi board, no IDE on it whatsoever…didn’t know if that makes a difference though.
