Non Paged Area On Start Up

I have win 2000 Pro installed on my PC and am getting a blue screen with the error message “Page File Size Error Non Paged Area”. This occures just after the 2000 start up screen at the point where you would normally log on. The blue screen only last for about a second, so I am unbale to read more details, before the PC start to reboot itself. The have been no hardware changes for the last 3 months, and no new software installed for the last 2 weeks with no problem to date. Does anyone have anyideas?
