norton uninstall deluxe copy file

i recently made a copy of quickbooks using norton
uninstall, like an idot i didnot back up the
quick books backup file on a separate media.
when i went to reinstall the application on
windows 2000. I recieved a error that the
reinstall could not continue.
beings this was a company software I am responsible for my mistake. how can I extract
the data from this zipped file so I can recover
the backup file and restore the customers system
The hardrive has been repartitioned and formatted
