Looking for anyone who’s had a lot of experience w/ Norton’s PCAnywhere 10.5 setup of both the Remote & Host(and the pitfalls of using the wrong setup), that has a little time and can help me w/ the setup via IM or chat. Both machines have the complete professional edition of the software installed, both are sitting right beside me. One is on a Speedstream modem/DSL line using USB hookup instead of the installed ethernet card (this is the remote), the other is on a modem/dial-up connection (this is the host and will be installed across town). Both use the same ISP and have different login’s & passwords. I have Belarc Advisor on both so I have a reading of the IP Addresses each use.
We could start @ 150 points for written directions and work our way up from there for actual real time IM help depending on how much time it takes for the set-up solution. I have the points and am not afraid to award them. I also work fast & smart, just that networking isn’t my strong suit.
