Not enough hd space to load Win98

I’m trying to upgrade to Win98 on my computer, but i’m receiving an error msg that says i don’t have enough hd space (205mb needed). My hard drive is 3243mb. No way is there not enough space. Could it be hidden files? Even so, there still has to be enough space. Help
