NT 4.0 on a AMD processor

I’m trying to install NT 4.0 on a 500 MHZ Processor on a Epox psa-b motherboard.
Everytime I try to load Sp 6a, it gives me a “File corrupt” error when its extracting the Service pack. Some time when i reboot the server I’ll receive a blue screen error. I need to load the service packs but it rejects all of them. (4,5,6,6A).
I need some input.
