NT 4.0 Server.

How can I get my services to load (i.e. browser, workstation, netlogon) when connected to the network? These services will not connect and my server tells me that there is another server or machine with the same name on the network. The only way I can have them loaded is to disconnect the network conncetion, then log on, then connect to the network connection. I also have problems synchronizing.
