NT 4.0 Video problem

I recently installed a new NIC into a NT 4.0 Workstation and somehow during the process I now have a problem with my video. When I boot the system for the first time each day, the system comes up in the VGA mode. If I re-start the system, it thencomes up using teh correct video drivers for the card installed.
Any suggestions as to how to resolve this so that I don’t have to re-start the system each time I turn it on??
