NT AutoCad unhandled access violation

Good Morning everyone…
I was hoping someone could lead me in some sort of direction to solve this problem I have with an “NT user on Autocad.”..everytime he tries to access a particular file he gets the following message..
.
“FATAL ERROR unhandled access violation Reading 0x0014 Exception at 780102ban”
then we hit enter and that message goes away and the following message appears
“Error Handler ReEntered Exiting Now” …and the file closes.
This file resides on our Server and canbe accessed with no problem by others in the same department.
