NT/ Printer

NT network environment, 4-5 workstations and the server are having problems printing. I checked the settings, spooler and nothing seems out of place. If I try to print a test page directly from the server I get an “Unknown error”.
I’m thinking at this point if MS doesn’t know, how the heck would I!?
